  3. Best. Cart. Ever.

At least until KSP comes with some stock parts for rovers… and even then I wander if they can beat this…

  4. i’m loving the munar rover.
the only thing i changed was scaling it to 0.75 to make an smaller version of it for unmanned purposes.

  6. This is awesome, but I do not like how there’s is NO resource draw of any kind. Won’t stop me from using it, though.

  7. How do you get it to work? I downloaded it but I don’t get how to get it on the game. Please help.

  8. Hey, love this mod. I just have one problem: When I try to put multiple Rovers on one craft it seems that only the original “Master” Command pod gets RCS fuel from the small red tanks. All the subsequent rovers just get a small puff of thrust and then nothing. The rovers are identical. Has anyone else experienced this? Any way to fix it?

  9. I love this mod!!! But is there a way to scale it up so it will fit with the MK2 Lander-can command module? The IVA looks really good with it :)

  10. > Wireless Resource Transfer

    DNW cheat parts. :(

Also the soviet truck. C’mon. Please don’t focus your creative energies on stuff that’s game immersion breaking and blows the entire feel of Kerbal Space Program out the window. :(

I’m glad you haven’t to date besides the soviet truck, did you build it or is it the one from the Google 3d Warehouse? Because they look identical to the polygon!

Is there any chance you could finish the Mun rover to have a capsule that your kerbonaut can climb into or seats or something? Also the thruster and propane tank are a bit overpowered, a rover should not be able to make planetfall.

  11. I have a better idea than my one above. Make a stacked part, 1.5 – 2m like the stock ASAS, except it breaks open and allows a folded down rover to slide (or be dragged if you’re using a winch on your ships like I tend to) out and be assembled (key command, keeping it simple) by the first kerbonaut to reach the package.

In actuality it’d just be a rack mounted laterally ejecting decoupler with a folded down mun rover in it. It would be extremely accurate when you consider how the actual lunar rover was stowed and how tightly it folded down.

If I knew how to make ladders I’d make one your little Kerbal’s could just stand on and hold onto I guess. But the lateral ejection part is beyond my skills at present.

kerbonaut at yahoo dot com or @kerbonaut on twitter if you are interested in this idea, would love to work with you guys on something, but feel free to take that comment and run with it if you like it, please! :D
